Sellingly app’s primary objective is to provide digital tools for sellers to manage your online business efficiently, give better and professional online ordering experience to your customers and for sellers like you to handle all your backend, operational jobs (like inventory tracking, GST invoice, delivery/shipment of goods etc) of your online business in one place, i.e, Sellingly app.
Sellingly app does not do promotions for your business, does not promise new customers or new orders automatically upon onboarding.
However, over a period of time, by giving good experiences to online ordering customers with such best in class features, there is chance of increase in repeat orders and thereby increase in sales volume.
Yes, there is no restriction on number of stores that can be created in a single login. Even different businesses can be handled through a single login by having different stores for different businesses.
All those businesses, products and services that are legally allowed to be transacted online as per the regulations of the Country, are permitted in Sellingly app. Business owner is required to give a ‘self declaration’ in this regard while creating an account in Sellingly app.
The engagement between Sellingly and Seller, will be limited to the extent of digital tools being subscribed by Seller in the app. Sellingly acts as a mere online platform for the business owner/Seller to conduct the online sales and orders. Business compliance documentation is the responsibility of the business owner/Seller and is outside the scope of Sellingly. For more details, please read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in this regard.
Yes, multiple users or multiple staff can login and access the same store at the same time. Each login is through input of mobile number and OTP (one time password) generated. Any user who needs to login to a particular store will have to login with the store mobile number and input the OTP successfully. Multiple users of the same store should be able to input their respective OTP for the store mobile number and can login, access store simultaneously.
Yes.
Pre-Orders are those orders which have a cutoff date and cutoff time for placing of the order by the buyer. In Sellingly, the cutoff date and delivery dates can be input separately and differently for each product of the Store. Alternately, all products of the store can have the same cutoff date and same delivery date. Pre-Orders give convenience and time to the business owner to know the number of orders that are placed by the cutoff date and accordingly plan the preparation, procurement and processing of the the finished product. Pre-Orders are suited for those products which needs advance time and money to make ready.
Sellingly has two pricing plans for sellers to choose from. One is, Flat Amount(FA) pricing which requires seller to pay an upfront subscription amount of Rs.300 plus GST, per month. The other pricing plan is called “Per Order” (PO) basis wherein seller is not required to pay any upfront payment, instead only upon receipt of incoming orders, a fee of just 2 percent plus GST will be deducted by Sellingly on the order value.
In case of FA pricing, Sellingly does not levy any commission or charges from the business owner/seller on your daily sale orders.
In case of PO pricing, a seller is required to pay a commission of 2 percent plus GST on each incoming order.
Yes, upon opening the account in sellingly app, the business owner automatically gets 10 days of free period. During this free period, all the features of the app will be available for the business owner to explore and use. Post completion of free period, the business owner will be required to renew the subscription on Flat amount (FA) or Per Order (PO) basis.
In the dashboard screen, click on the status button which says Free or Paid, on the top right of the screen. You will then get the Account Status screen which has a “Pay Now” button at the bottom. You can click on “Pay Now” and make the subscription renewal.
Yes, we have a “apply stock” feature at product level which enables businesses to track the opening stock of product against manual orders and online orders. GST feature is supported at product level, that is, each product (under a store) can have different GST percentage. Sellingly supports product price which is inclusive of GST as well as ‘exclusive of GST’. For each order placed, a GST invoice is automatically generated.
Yes, Sellingly app facilitates delivery through 3rd party delivery service providers such as Nimbuspost, Telyport and Shadowfax. Sellers can book courier partners through Nimbuspost for deliveries across India. Telyport takes care of hyperlocal delivery within Bangalore. Shadowfax supports both hyperlocal and courier partners across India. Seller’s can utilise these delivery service providers to book your shipment for the orders received.
